Refund Policy
Every item in our store is custom printed to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. However, we want you to love your apparel, and we stand by the quality of our products.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How to report an issue: Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your package.

What to include: Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue or damage.
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking details confirm it was never delivered, please contact us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim and resolve the issue for you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once the address is updated.
